We operate on a six-year target hold period. Our goal is to double investor capital during that time, with all returns paid at exit unless otherwise noted.
You’ll receive regular updates from our team, including performance reports, and exit planning timelines. Typically twice a year, but often times we will provide milestone updates.
At the end of the hold period, we aim to sell or refinance the property, return your capital, and distribute profits. If the asset is performing exceptionally well, we may explore strategic extensions with investor input.
